Lighted boats

Baltimore has a Festival of Lights going on downtown all week. One artist borrowed 3 boats from local sailing centers and loaded them up with umbrellas. She then moored them between 2 piers in single file and lit them up from within. Very colourful to say the least. I heard news reports on Fri. evening about real concerns of capsizeing on Friday in the high winds we had blowing through town all day.
