Lifting a M-25

I am in the process of removing the plywood in the bilge floor and the last keel bolt is under the engine. I read about Ron Hill's lift to change his motor mounts, but he's got a Catalina 34 and, he used his boom. My mast is down.
Anybody here done a M-25 on the 30? I'm actually going to lift it and then set it on a wood frame spanning where the sink cabinet would be, over the engine compartment. This will give me clearance in the area and the time to do the bilge work.
I've read about people laying a 4x4 over the companionway, but I think I want to spread it further out to the toe rail where there is more boat structure. My concept is a gantry so the beam clears above the handrails and winches, but I don't want to overthink it if somebody else has done it before, in a simpler way.

Here's what I came up with. The strut is a commonly used material in electrical and HVAC trades. I was lucky to have access to some leftover pieces and components, but I did have to buy the two 10' lengths bolted together for the crossbeam. I've read the M-25 is 309lbs, so this setup should be OK. Tomorrow looks like a rain out, so next weekend for the lift.

Rain held off this morning!:D Had it up on blocks in about 30 minutes. Used 6x6 sections and added some 4" bolts to give clearance for the oil dipstick tube. Note the notch to cut out also. Keel bolt looks decent, but moisture/ oil looks to have gotten into the nearby laminate.
