Lifting a Daysailer

I can use some advice/input on how to lift an O'day daysailer II off of a trailer. The trailer that the sailboat is on is broken and cannot be moved. I have another good trailer that I want to move the sailboat to but I cannot find information anywhere where the lifting points are on this sailboat. Can anyone help me?

I used a slightly modified version of the technique in this video to take a 3000 lb. O'Day 23 off a trailer last fall. I suggest making sure the rear boat stands or blocks are right under where the stern meets the underhull. That joint area should be strong.

It takes awhile, and in my case, required a lot of cinder blocks but it worked.

Putting the boat on the new trailer would require reversing the process.

Here is basically how I lift my DS II off the trailer for painting the bottom, would seem to work to switch trailers as well.
