Did you dunk them in water or pull Ripcord's on the automatics? Mine are usually about 2 second (one thousand one,one thousand two) delay before inflating .

My original post shows the dunking. Those vests had a 33 gram CO2 so about 2 seconds or so. The four we did on Friday we blew up with the tube. They have a 38 gram CO2 so I would say a little longer on the inflation time since the pin makes a little hole in the cartridge. I will replace the pills on the two automatic vest when I get to Hamilton Marine, those are only good for three years but the ones in the vests indicated green.
Repacking all of these is like a parachute, when you do your own, you have no one to blame.
