life raft mounting for 33 Hunter

I own a 2006 Hunter 33. I will be purchasing a Revere Rescue Racer 4 man life raft. I am trying to figure out the best place to mount this. I don't know if it is best to go with the valise and then tie it down somewhere or the hard container to permantly mount. Any advise would be very much appreciated.

Can't advise on the best mounting but make sure all the folks that will be maning the helm can see over the thing if you mount it forward. I know my wife (5'2") can't see over our dingy when we bring it on deck and it is only 2' high.
