Life raft holder

I have a bavaria 32 year 2001, and i am looking for the best place to install the life craft.
What is the best place for the holder? I realy need advice, if possible from similar boats owners.

i'm fickle about where i put heavy things on my vessel. i went with a soft case raft that i place on the cabin sole. well below the water line.
