Library Articles and Sanitation Hose

Two questions: 1) Preparing for complete hose changeout and cannot seem to find your library articles on the forum homepage. Help would be appreciated. 2) I cannot find OdorSafe hose at WestMarine. They offered Sheild Vac XHD Series 148. Is this the hose the type you characterize as the $3.50 hose that is not as good of quality as the OdorSafe hose you prescribe?

My book publisher insisted on it. SeaLand "Odorsafe" brand hose is far superior to any other hose on the market...it's the only one that's truly bullet-proof against odor permeation--16x more resistant than any other hose on the market including Shields (which WM sells) and Trident (sold by B/US), which are comparable in quality and the next best, but not even close to OdorSafe. So if you gotta do it, the only way to be sure you'll never have to do it again is by using OdorSafe. The cost of new hose is only the first verse when it comes to replacing hoses...the job itself is the worst part.
