I've sent a message to Boat Life to see if they'll say it's safe for plastics or not.

Hey Dodge,

Boatlife is in North Charleston up near Ashley Phosphate Road near the Ashley River. I tried emailing them and they never responded. Why not call them? Maybe they will answer the phone.

I had absolutely no clue! Thanks for the heads up. I can't believe I didn't notice the address when I went to their contact page. I looked them up on Mapquest and I know exactly where they are. Can't believe I haven't noticed their building there.

Kind of on a related note, Beneteau's Charleston (Mt Pleasant) office is literally 10 steps from my office. They're suite 101, we're in 102. I'm not sure what they do there, I can't find anything about this location on their site.
