Our lewmar steering console with single lever engine control is missing the screws that hole it together where instruments like wind depth speed and plotter are mounted - how do we figure out size of screws? Tried the lewmar web site but nothing came up.

Have you tried Hunter Customer Service? They may not know, but I'll bet they can put you in touch with the right person at Lewmar who does.
They gave me a name and phone number for a contact at Lewmar when I had a question about the windlass on my Hunter 38.
