I am looking to buy one Lewmar Portlight Flyscreen with dimensions about 11 3/4 inches by 5 inches gray for my 2006 Hunter 38. I think it is a size 01. It is for one of the two aft cabin lower portlights.1780693414554.png

Lewmar Size 0 Standard Portlight Flyscreen - 367302916 | Defender Marine

I see you are possibly looking for a size 01 but this guy sure looks like it, Defender. ca question gives an answer:
"A: The Lewmar Size 0 portlight has a cutout size of 11 15/16" width x 6 1/8" height, with a 2 1/16" corner radius."
Possibly a call to Defender to verify or seek assistance.

This site may have some helpful information for you and also sells the screens for the various sizes.

Here is another one to look at. More or less matches your size.

Also Dave at Marine Outfitters can usually source Lewmar parts.

I have Hunter 38 2008 and just replaced all of my screens this year.
it does depend on whether you have what the refer to as the old style ports or the new style ports.
Defender had the best pricing. And they have pictures of the ports to help you determine if old or new style. My 2008 has new style.
There are four of the larger ones that that are a size 3 and the screen size is 17 11/16 by 7 5/8 inch
and there are four smaller ones including aft cabin, on the boat that are size 1 and they are 12 1/4 by 5 1/2

Do yourself a favor and buy the better screens that have two vertical bars that fit in the ports with a retainer clip. They are more expensive BUT they actually stay in. The original style screens are almost what I’d call disposable. A good wind will take them out, look at them wrong and they fall out, and they DO NOT float so they are gone.

I replaced the originals years ago after so many fell out. Went to the upgraded screens and this is my first time replacing them and it’s only because of sunlight degradation. Not because they fell out and overboard.

I have been very disappointed with the Lewmar port screens that came with my H27 (2007). On the Canadian Defender website they are illustrated and described as "Lewmar standard port light clip flyscreen" and go for $ 68 - $92 according to size. One of mine blew off years ago and promptly deep-sixed. To my mind they are an inferior design regarding those two vertical bars that are supposed to clip onto the port frame and, of course, they're overpriced. The plastic bars on mine have broken. Apparently, I looked at them too severely one day! This year I've jury-rigged velcro attachments to the four corners of the two screens on my boat.
