Has anyone seen replacement port light lens(plastic) for the Lewmar portlights? The housing and trim are fine and I really don't want to replace 7 assemblies. THe replacements for the gray port light lens are very resonable. Or has anyone tried buying a tinted plastic sheet and making a template and cutting/filing/taping them? Thanks Bob

If they are the flat plastic ones

you can buy a sheet of lexan and make your own for $25 total. I use a table saw to rough cut them to shape and a router with an edge trimming bit and an old part to finish them to shape. It is a messy job but the results are worth it. Drill bits used for plastic should have very little rake so use a stone on the hardware store variety bits and drill fast.

Thanks All

I ordered all new portlights from FL Rigging today for less than $200. Another thing off the to do list for this year...
