The portlights on my Catalina 320 leak through the handles. If I replace the o-rings what size should I use? How tight should the handle be screwed in? Should there be any play at all? Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Hank LeSieur Camelot

O-Rings

Hank, You could replace those O-Rings with ones from your local hardware store although I am not sure of the size. You could also get them from our Master Parts Distributor. They should have the exploded parts lists. Their contact information is available at www.lewmar.com You might first try tightening them up. There should't be any play.
