I just changed them a few months ago. It's easy, the trick is to pry the plastic covers off the top of the latch handles, which will give you access to the allen heads. I'm guessing that's your issue because that's the issue I had. It looks like you're supposed to pop the plastic covers off the back but that's not it, it's the ones on the handles. BTW, this is how I remember it, I may be wrong in your case or may be remembering it incorrectly. Look closely at yours. I'll be at the boat this weekend and will double check.
