Lewmar Genoa Car question

Has anyone had a problem with losing the plunger pins on a Lewmar Genoa car? My 2004 Beneteau 323 has the type with the pins rather than the toggles. Pins are secured by a snap ring that fits in a groove in the pin. They keep popping out, and they don't need to have much of a load on them to make that happen. I know I will lose one over the side eventually. How, and where, can I get spare parts?

Doug, Do you have the push down and slide style, sorry I wasn't sure about your description. If so, no I haven't had any trouble with the pins. The link below is for Ben parts. I found the complete track but not the pins. I have emailed Ben. about other parts and have had good responses from them. If not, maybe Lewmar can help, it sound like it may be a defect. If you haven't already, get a user name and password to search for parts online it is pretty handy. Sail On... Terry

Got a response from Lewmar

Thanks for the help. I got an email from the Lewmar rep today. The have replacement parts on the way. I certainly can't complain about the promptness of a reply. Don't know whether it was a Beneteau call or yours, but it definitely made the rounds.
