Lewmar Forward hatch parts?

One of the friction levers on our forward hatch has broken (actually the rivets holding it to the frame broke), after removing the lever I took it up on deck to get a better look (bad idea) and gravity overpowered my grip and one of the small end pieces fell overboard...now I need to replace the lever

Now the real question...does anyone know the correct Lewmar model number or size so I can order the needed parts?

Good news...while on the phone with Catalina yachts Part Dept. (4th time to try to get a fuel cap) they were able to give me the hatch model information so now I can order direct from Lewmar or one of their dealers.
