Lewmar folding wheel

Lost one of the machine? Screws which connect the folding parts of the spokes to the standing parts. These appear to have a plastic washer and some kind of lock washer that allows the folding action. Have checked Lewmar website and instructions manual in addition to checking with our local chandler to no avail. Can’t find any reference to replacement parts.
anyone had this problem or suggestions?

Take out one of the other ones and go to Fastenal. If it is a specially machined screw, then call Lewmar.
