Lewmar #7 & #8 Winches

Can anyone tell me the specific difference between the #7 and #8 Lewmar winches. The specs I've been able to find on the Lewmar, and a couple of other, sites seems to show them the same size and power ratio.

I am installing additional winches for the genoa on my O'Day 222 on the cockpit combing for easier single-handing.

On my 76 O'Day 22 the originals winches where Lewmar #8, bought around 2008 a set of # 7 and #8 on Ebay. the old # 8 are smaller in size than the newer ones they have one long set of roller bearings, the newer ones being bigger have two sets of shorter bearings stacked. The #7s are the same size as the newer #8s but no bearings just a sleave or bushing in some sort of composite.
