Lewmar 600 anchor winless

I need to replace the motor in my windless
Lew 60540k12 for the kit I do not want the kit just the motor
The permanent magnets in this are destroyed There is a ref to cross into a Prestolite # evh4001 or esp 4001 3 wire anyone else ever have to replace this . If so what and where did you find it Ill keep looking and post a solution when this happens.

Perm magnets distroyed??

Never heard of a PERMANENT magnet going bad. Perhaps they are being mechanically destroyed? That would indicate some bearing problems also.
A much more likely problem is the commutator getting carbon-ed up (connections again!!!!) That is user reparable with some emery cloth.
