Climb the mast to be sure.
When mine broke, I was told to climb and measure the corresponding shroud on the other side. Although most riggers can look-up the specs for your boat, there is no guarantee that you have an original mast. If it is not, the replacement might not meet original specs. The forward lower shroud on my O'27 is a different length than the aft lower shroud. I suggest you take/send the old pieces to the rigger so that he/she can match the threading of the swages (sp?). Some of mine have left threads and some have right-hand threads. If you want a referral, I really liked Rigging Solutions in Kemah TX.
