length of time from trailer to sailing?

I have a Mac 26D. I can have the boat in the water and ready to sail in about 15 minutes. Takes about the same coming out.

hinged mast step

I have a MacGregor 25 and at first every time I tried to take down the mast it would try to go over the side. Then I got a hinged mast step and from then on it made it so much easyer to drop the mast. Also I'm about the same as the others, it takes about one hour and forty five minutes to rig everything.
