Lemar Horizon Windlass troubles

Our 2002 Hunter 460 was delivered with the LEWMAR HORIZON 1500 windlass that has worked excellent since new on 35 ft chain and 300 ft of nylon rode.

Recently the nylon Rode Management Module (finger) was mangled and no longer moves the anchor chain and nylon rode out of the windlass jaws as the the rode comes off the drum and drops into the anchor locker while the anchor is raised.
Our helpful HunterOwners parts store staff have advised me that they are no longer able to order this replacement part as it is no longer available!

Appreciate if anyone knows where and whom to contact for this part # lew6053190. A new or used part would be great!

Lewmar bought out Simpson Lawrence and many of the Lewmar windlasses are just S-L with a new name. Try the following supplier for spare parts. I have used them and would highly recommend. If you don't see what you need, send an email.

I had the same problem and replaced the arm and spring. I also changed out the bolts from the crappy slot head to a hex SS ones. I had a problem of the old bolts back out and than jamming up the arm. These new bolts are a little longer and I put lock tight on them No problems so far.
