Legend 40 bolt under engine

What is the approx. 3/4" bolt for under the engine? It isn't a keel bolt as too far aft. Perhaps it's for the skeg. Is the f/g under the engine hull or a part of the pan?

The bolt has a slow leak around it and you can't access. Any ideas on what it's for and how to repair?
