Hi, just put our boat in the water and want to get the main sail on but we want to fit the sail bag stack pack and can't find any instructions of how it's fitted. does anyone have some photos of theirs setup or instructions. Thanks in advance.

If you know the stack pack manufacturer check with them on installation instructions. For example, if it is a Doyle, installation instructions may be found in this link Stackpack-manual.pdf (doylesails.com) otherwise might need to check with one of the marina sail boaters with a similar stack pack OR local sailmaker.
If it was a DIY pack you may be out of luck unless the kit came from someone like Sailrite
