A friend has a Chrysler 26 with radical lee helm. I am not familiar with other Chryslers. Is this typical? The rudder does not feel efficient, is this normal? The boat has a new main sail which seems to have helped some. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

1/2 a dozen potential reasons. #1 mast rake

I'm no chrysler owner but he proably just needs to ck the stock settings for mast rake and then rake the mast aft if it's too far forward. Also make sure he's not flying an oversized jib/genoa screwing with the balance of the helm (assuming the main is correctly sized). Seemed to me that there is a chrysler forum/group somwhere too. My .02cents This is fixable. Good luck. Michael
