LED nav lights

My insurance co. is Boat US aka West Marine, I fully understand what your saying but when all said and done I believe that the LED bulbs are much brighter than standard incandescent bulbs and probably wouldn't burn out at the worst possible moment which I'm a firm believer in Murphy's law

As Dog stated I spoke with James a few weeks ago and the bottom line is this:

Dr. LED only has ONE certified bulb in ONE AquaSignal fixture and that is the Aquasignal Series 40 all round/anchor fixture with the Dr. LED PolarStar 40 bulb. Nothing else in the Dr. LED line is USCG certified. Their site is very, very misleading..
