I'm thinking about installing underwater LED lights on our new Sense 50. Anyone have experience with these LED lights? OceanLED and Lumisource look nice but pricey.

can you provide a link for those sailright lights plzChanging paces
I have used Sail rite company for my led interior and exterior. Great products that are made for exchanging with stock lights. Great service and prices. I love the option to switch from white to red with just turning the light on then off then back on. This is great for underway or just to add omveyonce that doesn't attract flying critters.
Thanks...Yes underwater LED lights. Like OceanLED or Lumishore. My eyes were opened up when I looked at the pricing on these. $1500-$2000 per light. I know they are for the "that's just cool" market.Uummm... the OP is looking for UNDERWATER lights, guys.
this Is The Light Which Was Factory Installed On My C-385. http://www.westmarine.com/buy/dr-led--neptune-thru-hull-underwater-led-lights--p010317824 It Is Mounted A Few Inches Forward Of The Rudder Post. Looks Great (get The Green) ....but I Am Concerned About Bulb Life. Not Sure Why.....maybe Its Something I Read. Wm Price Is About $700.
Thanks Jackdaw...The guy across the fairway from us has OceanLED Pro Series HD lights under the transom of his New Jeanneau 379. He had the factory do the work, and they installed it with the controller that can change the lights and colors to the beat of the music. It cost him tons and I think it looks ridiculous, but he LOVES it. I do think a single for night swimming off the transom is a swell idea.
Not sure it's on the standard price list, but Beneteau/Jeanneau can now do this at the Marion factory because they also build powerboats there. A boatyard or DYIer could pull it of during a haul, but it's holes in the hull, so pick your installer wisely.
I'll reach out. I don't have his email, but I know someone who does. I'll ask. He's a very enthusiastic new sailor, so if you want to chat with him he'll talk your ear off about it.Thanks Jackdaw...
Do you know how many lights he used? Those Ocean LED Pro are pretty strong. I'm assuming he has just two. With the color sprectrum and controller, that's about $7500-10,000. Ridculous. But cool...
