Leaky windows

I have a 1996 C 30 mkiii. The opening windows in the main salon and head that open have developed a persistant leak. I have replaced the o-rings on the latches and lubricated them with silicone grease. I have also lubricated the window seals which look to be in good condition. This has slowed the leaking but not stopped it. I have noticed later models (and earlier) do not use these windows. Has anyone had experience with these windows?

Suspect that you have older style LEWMAR (or like I like to call them - Leak More) Ports like I did on my 1997 42'. If so, the frame is "split" on the exterior side. I found that the sun had degraded the plastic spacers separating the frame, so I ran a bead of 4200 across the separation/spacers and that stopped my leaks. Hope this helps you.
