have a leaky window on one of the side windows above the nav table. looks like it was assembled with butyl tape and now the tape is not holding the plastic material of the window. you can push on it and it comes away from the aluminum framework. hoping someone can tell me how to deal with this problem. on the inside frame, there are a series of Philips head screws all around the frame. what exactly do these screws do? hope someone has already tackled this job and give me a little help in how to approach it. Thank you in advance...

Pictures @sailor5017 always help us to help you. We don't need to be a Hunter 41DS owner to help with the mechanical window issues we all have at one time or another.

Just a suggestion. Other wise you may have to wait a bit to hear from a fellow Hunter 41DS owner.

Same issue discussed on the threads below. This has come before and Hunter and at least one forum member cam up with a fix. You will likely have to remove the window and rebed it as discussed in the link below. You can also do a search on SBO on fixed window leak.
