Leaky cockpit drain

After putting in for the season I noticed water laying in the well beside the starboard quarter berth. I siphoned the water out but the next time it rained the water was back. After checking a few things I decided to pour water into the cockpit and to know ones surprise the cockpit drain line is leaking into the basin. Unfortunately that area is very small and impossible to get to. Does anyone know a good way to get at those drain lines or a good way to repair the drain??
This is a 1981 Hunter 22.

It is not easy. My wife went in through the starbord side and I went down through port seat witch was very hard on the body. I removed bulkhead on port side and went in from there. We took out all old lines and replaced them with PVC Hose and New PVC pipe fittings. It took alot of trial and error fitting before we could glue and clamp it all together. It works fine now.
