I need some help. Jack's Place has a persistent leak coming from some where aft of the dripless shaft seal. I thought it was from the rub rail, however, I have put copious amounts of strategically placed 4200 (fast drying) to suspected spots. The leak continues. I now think the leak may be coming from the exhaust muffler can that is centered beneath the aft bunk. I checked the hose clamps and they "seem" OK. However, there is a rust spont in front of the can and not behind it. The boat is only 4.5 years old, so I would be surprised if this can is the culprit. But I can't come up with any other solutions. There is a trickle of water leading to a low spot directly below my PSS. The seal has been eliminated as the source of the leak.Any ideas?John Richards/v Jack's Place
