Gray Ports
Hi, Bob.. I am thinking that you are talking about the opening port lights and not the fixed ports.. The opening ports are probably "Gray Marine" ports like I have in my '85 model H-34. The gasket material for these is available on this site in the chandlery section, item number 978777.. fixing them requires that you get the old material out of the groove and clean it up well. Cut enough of the material to fit in the groove then bevel the ends (cut them at a 45 degree angle) and overlap the bevel. "Super Glue" can be used to glue the gasket together at the bevel before installation. A very small amount of silicone sealant should be used to glue the gasket into the frame. I put the gasket joint on top of the port because of the way that these angled ports hold water at the bottom after a rain. Good luck !
