I just noticed that the seacock thru hull valve for my head is slowly seeping water thru. The thru hull is backed with a wood piece that looks original factory(1984).Is there any way to seal this temporarily until I can get the boat hauled?I was thinking if there is a waterproof type cement that can be applied around the underwater fitting or something.I know this will have to be addressed soon.

I wouldn't wait to rebed the the thru-hull. Yards will do something called a "short haul" for a LOT less than a haul and set...the boat is lifted and moved in the sings over land to sit there while a repair that doesn't need more than hour is done..then they put it back down.
So instead of messing around with a temporary fix that you'll prob'ly stretch for as long as you can before actually hauling the boat, I'd go ahead and do it right and be done with it.
