Leaking Rib!

Hi All,
I just bought a 1961 Rhodes 19. I just started painting the bilge, and noticed a slow leak that seems to be coming out of a keelbolt on one of the ribs. Its only one rib that's leaking, and the ribs are in good condition (No Soft Ribs).

I tried using an epoxy that says works on everything, even underwater. Unfortunately, I could see the water seeping through it.

Is there any easy fix option anybody could recommend, or am I looking at a new rib job?

I seem to think that you have 4 crossmembers each with two keel bolts(if memory serves me well from my o'day Mariner days)if you have one bolt that is leaking you will need to release (remove)the bolt and dry the area then recaulk the bolt as you reinstall it.

Thanks for your help! I think I'm going to have a problem keeping the area dry in order to recaulk the bolt. Is this recaulking job something that I can do on the water or am I going to have to dry dock it? Thanks Again!
