Leaking Portlights????

We have found the Lewmar portlight lexan windows on our Beneteau 36CC have warped a ton and are leaking all over the boat. The Lewmar site says the measurement of the lexan window thickness is 5/16" but the only measurement of lexan on the market even close is 3/8" lexan. We would like to find a less expensive fix than going directly to Lewmar, has anyone had similar issues and found a good solution (or a workable solution). We are open to suggestions. Thanks!

Kirsten, you might look to see if there is a "boneyard" in your aea. Up here in New York we have King Marine in Verplanck. They have just about everything. they buy old boats and salvage the parts.I hope this helps a little bitCharlie
