Time to get out the West system
Bob, as I wrote on your other post about screens. Stop at West Marine/Boat US and pick-up the West system plus some white ballon filler in a "Pringal-sized" can. Blue tape both sides of the port opening. Check fit of new port as to the rain spigots as I will wager they are not in the same place as your OEM's. Take a screwdiver and did out all the water-rotted core and shop vac clean.Mix and fill by shooting in the void with a syringe with the tip cut back to allow greater volume. Have some damp rags available to press against section filled if tape starts to smoke. The expoxy will cook and get very hot when it kicks. Take remaining expoxy and coat opening to prevent water infiltration in the future. Caulk port and insert into opening. Screw in trim ring and you are down. Note: you might want to remove ports, tape outside cover of plastic with duck tape to make sure the inside core has dried out. You do not want to dump expoxy onto a wet core.Good luck.
