Leaking new seacock/thruhull

I bought this ( http://shop.odayowners.com/prod.php?16063 ) thru hull/sea-cock from the store here. It leaks at the valve handle. I was wondering if anybody has taken one a part and if it can be repaired.

It has a 3-year warranty so long as it's been used for recreational marine use and not abused. Forespar's warranty information is here:
