Leaking mixer tap

In my 40.7 the mixer tap at the kitchen basin has started to leak.
It leaks pretty much and it comes from the top of it. Is it possible to repair this and how do i do it? I cant find the brand so its hard to know where to get the spare parts. Maybe its standard spare parts? If it helps the mixer is made all in metal. I prefer to repair it where it sits if possible, because i think its alot of work to dismantle the whole tap ( not much space under the basin )
