Has anyone replaced a leaking seal on a Jebasco macerator pump? Mine is dripping. I have jury rigged a solution to stop the leak but I need to order the repair kit and install. I'd appreciate any input.

Not hard to do at all. Hardest part will be removing the pump from the boat. Might as well replace the impeller and the chopper blade while you have it apart. I replaced mine using wing nuts and quick disconnect wiring to make the next time easier. I also found a coupling at Home Depot that lets you disconnect the plumbing piping by hand. Now I can disconnect the whole works in about 5 minutes.
Just rebuilt one again. I suspect you will find the same issue I had which is that the studs have pretty much broken off. They are brass and will not endure for long stretches. I have replaced three sets, now having switched to steel and hoping to have isolated them as they should have been. In any event, I would order a replacement set before you begin to rebuild, and as SailM8 suggested, replace the impeller and seals at the same time (rebuild kit).
Interesting, I had one stud broken and figured it was overtightened when buit. Seems I may be doing that fun job again one day.... I changed impeller at same time, you don't want to have to go back in there any sooner than you have to.
Thank you all for your helpful inputs. I have the leak temporarily stopped by tightening a large hose clamp around the drip holes. Seems to be working ok for now until I can order all the parts as suggested above. I am surprised that these things don't last longer. I'm on my 4th season with this pump and it really hasn't been used all that much.
It'll cost you considerably more than a rebuild kit for the macerator, but a SeaLand T-series overboard discharge pump is an electric diaphragm pump that will last for decades with just an occasional duck-bill valve replacement (about $20).
