Anyone out there have experience with the ports in the hull seeping a little water? Every time I get the starboard rail under I have a very small leak I can't locate on the starboard port at mid hull. The caulking appears to be intact on the interior of the assembly & I hesitate pulling the port to rebed entirely, but the interior plywood below the port is getting a bit stained.

Loose bolts

Have you checked the tightness of the bolts which are located under the trim ring?

Hull Port Leak

The starboard hull port leaked on our boat as delivered. Water was obvious on the inside of the port, under the trim ring. Water drained down and soaked the cushion and accumulated under the starboard salon seat. I'm just pointing out that it was a fairly large leak, but I could see no gaps in the sealant. The dealer pulled the port and installed a new one, although the port did not appear defective. Sealing the new one required a lot of caulking because the hull is not exactly flat. It wasn't too difficult of a job, (I helped) and took about 1 1/2 hours. No leaks since
