Leaking galley window

Catalina C310 SF Bay/Delta
Searched archives but couldn't come up with answer. Window over microwave
leaking badly. This window has opening port but leak is from bottom left corner
of main window. Appears window attached to cabin side with black adhesive.
Anyone removed this window and how did you do that and cleaned and reapplied
black adhesive to hold in place? Use some sort of brace to hold against cabin
side until dries? Could call Catalina but would appreciate any first hand info.

Just priced the parts this fall as it is on my winter layup list for service to be done in the spring. Windows are available per Warren, they are $82.00 each and the galley and head window can be delivered with or without the cut out for the port.
Attached is the instruction sheet they provide.
