Hunter 34 Green Bay
I've cut a new sole for my 1984 Hunter 34. In an effort to keep the project moving I splashed the boat before installing the new boards. Shortly after her being in the water I noticed a steady stream of water entering the center cavity in the liner grid just forward of the bilge. The water is flowing in from the aft, center hole where the wires run from the bilge. I bailed the water into the bilge however it continues to flow into the cavity. The boat has been in the water for about two weeks and the level of water never rises above a 1/2 inch. Any ideas on where this is most likely coming from?

Between the hull & liner

Zack: This is not uncommon to get water that is trapped between the hull & the liner draining into the bilge. I would mop it out with a sponge and keep an eye on it. Be sure to check all of your hull penetrations (shaft, thru hull, etc). I would guess that it will subside in due time.

Residual water?

Sounds like residual water hiding out when on the hard. These pans have a way of hiding water all over the place.
