Leak repair

I think I have a leak somewhere along the area where the centerbord housing meets the deck in my O'Day Mariner 2+2.Is there any kind of patching stuff I could use while the boat is still in the water, short of hauling her out and making a repair on the trailer?Thanks.Dave

not sure how big the leak is but

i used some "marine goop" around my windows because of some extra water i found in the bildge after a storm. It's worked pretty well for the price. Maybe you can use that now and fix it right in the off season.

I found an epoxy material at West Marine that is supposed to harden when wet. Put it on yesterday and today the water in the boat was much less. West Marine also made it clear that this is a temporary measure, to be followed up for "fixing it right" when the boat comes out of the water in the fall.Thanks for the info you sent.Davd
