I have found a leak in the cabinet under my sink in the head. I think the port light above the sink needs replaced and am unable to think of another suspect origin of this leak. There is always just a little water in the bilge under the sink but not in any other close areas. All of the other compartments are dry encluding the entire bilge. Can anybody advise me on a good dectection method or past experience with the same leaking area?

Thank you

The most obvious places are the window above the sink and the the sink drain. The hose connection is fragile and the sink is plastic, I've had to repair the gally sink a couple of times.

The other place I've noticed leaks is at the base of the thru-hull. There is a block of wood where the thru-hull goes through; check seeping from the space between the hull and the block of wood. Tighten the thru-hull nut with a wrench. This fixed it for me. There is more about h260 leaks at this link:

You might also check the freshwater pipe joints leading to the hand pump. There should be two (the fitting at the pump, and a 90 degree before that).

I agree about the fresh water lines - about 3 months after I got the boat and spending a lot of time with the factory about the crappy water faucets and leaking water joints, I swapped out the whole thing and never looked back.

Problem was in the port light

Thank you all for the advice it gave me some areas to examine. I found a substantial leak in the port light. Last year the screw downs broke off and I had to seal it shut. I am installing a new port light this season. This should have never happened it was a simple mater of cheap material!! It never became water tight after that. I have checked all the other areas and tightened a few areas.
