Knapps Narrows and up Broad Creek to this spot

Jimm and I left at 0800 from Back Creek and had a brisk sail down to Poplar Island where the wind died. We then motored through Knapps Narrows and up Broad Creek to this spot, probably to wait out strong southerly winds forecast for the next couple of days.

Question. If this 'spot on Broad Creek' is remote,
how did you post to site?

Is there Wifi or did you communicate via cell
phone or how?

Weather down south is clearing late in afternoon,
but forecast for garbage tomorrow. Time for you
to put that direct TV antenna on the deck and
watch some football...

Ed,

If you check the chart, you'll find that Leadenham Crk (although it seems remote) is only about 3 nmi from "downtown" St Michaels (and it's cell towers). However, getting from one to the other by water is a 'good ways' around'.

Very few places on the Bay you don't get a MiFi signal ....
