Give a call to Mike Thomas at (800) 771-5556 x3615. He should be able to supply you. They are available in 3 thicknesses and are used on the shower sump covers as well as the hatches in the cockpit.

I also found a very good match at home depot. Just dont use the screws they provide. Not stainless.Cheers
