Our lavatory faucet on 1984 Catalina 30 drips thru the spout causing the water pressure pump to run often. I checked out the seats, o-rings, etc. and did not see any obvious problems. Most most parts are plastic and appear to be original. I want to replace the entire set with new, but cannot loosen the wing nits securing the set to the underside of the deck. The space is very tight and is there a tool that would facilitate removal?

Get those hoses off and then go with smaller Channel-Locks pliers. Those white things below the wing-nits are adaptors (going from pipe thread to barbed fitting for the tubing). Get those off and the rings should also succumb to the Channel-locks.
