Tomorrow I get the boat out of the barn. But as you can see in the picture it will be awhile before the docks are connected. That box on the boat hoist was under water two weeks ago. The top of the box is more than five feet above the road. Yep, there is a road and right next to that pole are shorepower posts. They are four feet above the road and not even visible. The water level is normally eighteen inches below the road. Atwood Lake is part of a watershed. They are letting water out of the dam at a very slow rate.
