Does anyone know of a source of getting the lats/lons for buoys such as a master listing? I can plot them on charts but thought that there might be an easier way.

Bob is right.

The Related Link(my favorite buoy, after my grandson) should get you on the path.

Lats/Longs for Buoys

The best online source for charts & various GPS waypoints is: http://www.marineplanner.com I have used it to plan my entire trip for this Spring. We're headed to Green Turtle Cay in Abaco Bahamas.

USCG Light List for your area

The published Light List has all LIGHTED buoys as well as lighthouses. Several thousand entries are in each volume covering a large area. It can be purchased for about $30-35, or it can be downloaded- I forget the link, do a Google search. If you can't find it, reply and I will look. The problem with the download is that the INDEX is NOT INCLUDED and you need to scan the pages for a particular geographical area to find the buoy of interest. That is the way it was a couple of years ago, maybe now it it different. Rich
