What is the largest jib anyone has seen used on an 81 H30? Looking for some more speed on light daze... I currently have a 100% Jib. What about a 135?Semper FiDan
If you have really light air, go for a 150%. Where I sail you need all the help you can get because of the fluky winds. I have roller furling on my '81 H30 with a 150 which is almost but not quite a "deck-sweeper". If you go that route, I suggest you put a window in it. It will come in handy. My high-cut 100 stays under the v-berth except when the other is being repaired
Our asymmetric gives us 650 sq ft of sail for light air. That's a lot more than a 150. In very low winds, we can point surprisingly close into the wind - 55 to 60 gegrees.DavidLady Lillie'77 h27
