Larger bimini

I want to put a Bimini on my new 1999 H260. They offer two sizes, 4 and 6 feet of coverage. Two questions: With the larger size Hunter says you have to move the main sheet attachment forward on the boom. Can you still sail the boat?
Also can you still sit on the stern seats and have sufficient headroom?

Hello all I've been looking through the forum, and google, as I am trying to find a Bimini for my H260 (now located on Lake Ontario). I'm looking for the kind that can fold back out of the way when under sail. Seems the ones on shop.hunter are fixed and do not fold up. Any suggestions? Sample...
